Ostrich
|
The Ostrich (struthio camelus) is a member of a group of birds known as ratites, flightless birds without a keel to their breastbone. Of the 8,600 bird species which exist today, the ostrich is the largest.

Knysna
|
Knysna is one of the most popular towns along the Garden Route and is famous for its endemic sea horse, luscious oysters, carved wood and a lone female elephant who wanders the remaining forests and is sadly the last of a sub species.

Whale Sighting in Season
|
Whales are large, magnificent, intelligent, aquatic mammals, which can be spotted from many coastal towns along the Garden Route including Mossel Bay, Knysna & Plettenberg Bay.
